Charles Askew Obituary

Charles Lee Askew, 64, of Kelso Street, departed this life on Thursday, March 22, 2018. Born in Hartford, CT he was the son of Willie Askew and Mary (Lawson) Askew. Charles worked for many years at Jim's Cleaning Service and also as a machinist. He is survived by his daughter Shanika Askew-Devone; siblings Gregory Askew, James McMillian, April Sutton, Kim Askew, Mary Carroll and Gwendolyn Melendez; four grandchildren Imari, Ky'mari, Anthony and Forever. Calling hours are 11:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday April 4, 2018 at Harrell Funeral Home
