Idlean Ross

Idlean Juanita (Lomax) Ross, 82, of High St., departed this life on Tuesday March 19, 2019.  Born in Edwards, MS, she was a daughter of Evelyn J. (Martin) Kelly.  A 70-year resident of Springfield, Idlean had been employed as an assembler at the former Digital Equipment Corporation and had been a member of the Sophisticates Club.  She is survived by a son, Charles A. Ross Jr., of Springfield;  two daughters, L’Tanya Marie Ross of Florida and Evelyn R. Ross of Springfield;  six grandchildren;  and seven great-grandchildren.  A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday
