Winnifred L. Lloyd

Winnifred Louise Lloyd of Springfield peacefully departed this life on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Bay State Medical Center.  Born in  Jamaica, Winnifred grew up in Hanover and moved to Springfield in 1972.  She was employed at Milton Bradley Co. for over 25 years and retired in 2001.  Winnifred was a vibrant woman with a zest for life an eye for quality and excellent fashion.  She is predeceased by her father, mother, three sisters and a brother.  Winnifred is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Neville Lloyd of Springfield, four children and eight grandchildren.  The calling hour is 10-11 a.m. on Friday at Wesley United Methodist Church, 741 State St.,  followed by the funeral at 11:00 a.m. with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.  The Lloyd family sincerely thanks the staff at Bay State Medical Center for their care and family and friends for their support and prayers.
