Jackie Lee Daniels

Jackie Lee "Big Daddy” Daniels, of Jasper St., died on June 19, 2019.  Born in Brookhaven, MS, he was a son of the late James W. Daniels Sr. and Lucille (Jackson).  Jackie was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.  Pre-deceased by his parents, a brother, James W. Daniels Jr., and a sister, Sandra Smith, he leaves behind, his wife, Vera (Smith) Daniels in MA;  three sons, Donald Daniels, Patrick Smith, and Barry Morgan all in LA;  two daughters, Andra Cole (and Maurice) and Collette Daniels, both in MA;  his siblings, Paulette Daniels and Katie Lewis, both in MA, Patricia Richardson (and James), Mary Dixon (and Raymond), George Daniels (and Rachel), all in MS, and Johnny Daniels (and Susie) in CA;  and four grandsons.  The calling hour is 6-8 p.m. Monday at Harrell Funeral Home, with funeral services at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 33 Oak Street, followed by burial in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam.
