Angela McKenzie

  Angela Maria McKenzie, 57, of Walnut Street, Springfield, Massachusetts, departed this life on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at her home.  Born in Sharon, Pennsylvania, Angela was a daughter of Michael Elliott Smith and Vanessa Anita (Dantzler) Smith Andrade. 

  Angela had been employed as a day care provider at Jolly Juniors Day Care.  Pre-deceased by her parents and a sister, Michelle Shawnette Smith, she is survived by three sons, Michael B. McKenzie and Mathew B. McKenzie of Springfield, Massachusetts, and Markus B. King of Enfield, Connecticut;  a niece, Janessa R Smith-Jenkins; eight grandchildren, Zyon M. Mckenzie, Alivia J. McKenzie, Alaya S. Jones, Zyla M. McKenzie, Aubrianna R. McKenzie, Arya Michelle King, Jordon Noah Jones, and Kaleel Angel King;  and a host of other relatives and friends. 

There will be a memorial wake at Harrell Funeral Home from 2-2:30 p.m.  on Tuesday, February 22, followed by a memorial service at 2:30.
