Antonietta Davis

  Antonietta (DiLorenzo) Davis, 95, of Springfield, Massachusetts, departed this life on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield. 

  Born in Naples, Italy, she was a daughter of Luigi DiLorenzo and Josephine (Minjona) DiLorenzo.  A seventy-six year resident of Springfield, Mrs. Davis previously resided in Trenton, New Jersey.  She was a communicant of St. Michael’s Cathedral and was civically active, particularly in her neighborhood, where she organized a neighborhood watch and various get-togethers.

  Pre-deceased by her husband, Isaiah Davis Sr., and two sons, Anthony J. Davis and Isaiah Davis Jr., she is survived by two sons, Larry E. Davis and Willie M. Davis;  a sister-in-law, Christine Pierson;  seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren;  one great-grandchild;  and a host of other relatives and friends.

The calling hour is 11 a.m. to noon on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at Harrell Funeral Home, followed by funeral services at noon, with burial at 2:00 p.m. in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam, Massachusetts.
