Bessie Robinson

  Bessie Robinson, 26, of Chicopee, Massachusetts, departed this life on September 16, 2023, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.

  Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, she had been employed as a cashier at the Dollar Store.  Bessie was a member of Lighthouse Church Of God In Christ and enjoyed walking.

  Predeceased by a daughter, Unique Robinson and a brother Unique Gilkes, she is survived by her parents, Raymond Dickson and Reneia (Gilkes) Robinson;  a brother, Ellison Robinson with the United States Marine Corps;  a sister, Sharroya Gilkes, of Monroe, Louisiana;  and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Harrell Funeral Home.
