Brian Lyles

  Brian Lyles, 49, departed this life and entered eternal life on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at Baystate Medical Center.

  Brian was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, to Celestine L. Lyles and the late John Lyles who gave him unconditional love and support throughout his entire life.  Having the love and respect of his family meant everything to Brian.  He was a loyal son, uncle, brother, and friend.  Brian attended Springfield schools growing up and resided locally.  He was able to obtain his dream by obtaining his own barbershop, B. L. Cuts, which he took great pride in.  He is survived by his mother, Celestine Lyles;  his brother, Jonathan Lyles; many aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, other relatives;  and good friends, Pedro and Curtis.

The calling hour is 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at Wesley United Methodist Church, 741 State St., Springfield, followed by funeral services at 11.
