Clayton S. Williams

  Minister Clayton Samuel Williams, 69, of Springfield, Massachusetts, departed this life on August 24, 2022, at home. 

  Born in Springfield, he was a son of the late Clayton Williams Sr. and the late Mozelle (Collins) Williams.  Clayton attended local schools and had been employed by Home Depot.  He was a member of Greater New Life Christian Center. 

  Pre-deceased by his parents, four siblings, Paul Williams, Walter Williams, Joyce Williams, and Yvette Williams, he is survived by his son, Marcus Williams, three brothers, State Representative Bud L. (and wife, Dr. Gloria) Williams, Richard Williams, and Craig Williams;  two sisters, Lorraine Davis and Ladora Williams;  and a host of other relatives and friends. 

The calling hour is 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at Greater New Life Christian Center, 1323 Worcester Street, Indian Orchard, MA, followed by funeral services at 11 a.m.
