Constance Keaton

  Constance Laverne Keaton, 75, of Fernbank Road, Springfield, Massachusetts, departed this life on Monday, May 1, 2023, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.  Born in Albany, Georgia, she was a daughter of Austin Keaton and Esther (Gee) Keaton.  Ms. Keaton was a sixty-five year resident of Springfield and worked as a nurse’s aide. 

  Pre-deceased by her father and a sister, Mary Martin, she is survived by her mother, Esther (Gee) Keaton of Springfield;  two sons, James Keaton and Dion Keaton, both of Springfield;  a daughter, Deanna Keaton of Springfield;  a brother, Andrew Keaton of Springfield;  three sisters, Elois Lewis of Hartford, Connecticut, Belinda Hall of Springfield, and Nia Imani of Boston, Massachusetts;  six grandchildren;  and a host of other relatives and friends. 

The calling hour is 10-11 a.m. Thursday at Harrell Funeral Home, followed by funeral services at 11, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
