Constance McCauley

Constance N. McCauley, 75, of Springfield, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully at Baystate Medical Center on Sunday, April 11, 2021.  She was born in Louisville, Kentucky, the daughter of Caldwell McCauley Sr. and Mary Louise (Greenville) McCauley.  A graduate of Kentucky State University, with a bachelor of science degree in nursing, Constance became a registered nurse and helped heal the sick at many medical facilities during her long and rewarding medical career.  In 1999, she relocated to Springfield, Massachusetts to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren.  Constance was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Herbert and Larry McCauley and four sisters Mary Farris, Jane Still, Martha Ann Brown and Carole McCauley.  She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved daughter Tracy Harris of Springfield, MA, two sisters Nan Walker of  Los Angeles, California and Patricia McCauley of Louisville, Kentucky,  one brother Caldwell Mc Cauley Jr. ( and his wife Jearldine) of Ft. Washington , MD, two grandchildren Draper Scott Harris of Florida and Drake Steven Harris of California, several nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.  Services are private.  In lieu of flowers, monetary gifts may be sent to Wayside Christian Mission- Women’s division in Louisville, Ky
