David Ballard-Perry

 David Michael Ballard-Perry, 22, of Stuyvesant Street, Springfield, Massachusetts, departed this life on December 26, 2021. Born in Springfield on October 27, 1999, he was a son of David M. Perry and Relonda Ballard. David was a loving and devoted family member and caring friend. David was previously employed by Caring Health center and the EACH/ROCA program. He attended Freedom House of God, graduated from Springfield Central High School, and had been active at the Dunbar Community Center.

 Pre-deceased by two grandparents, Nellie R. Coleman and Earlie Mertis Perry, David is survived by his parents, David M. Perry and Relonda Ballard; his son, Kaysaan Michael Ballard-Perry; his lifetime partner, Kaymani Hayes; his grandparents, Joe Roberson and Doris Perry; seven brothers, Patrick Brown II, Deandre Ballard-Perry, David L. Williams Jr., Mark A. Crichlow, Da’veen Perry, Da’von Perry, and Dave’n Perry; three sisters, Prentcess Griffin, Ivori Brown, and Lashae Perry; his god-mother, Tania Barber; LaShay Ervin; and host of other relatives and friends. 

The calling hour is 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Freedom House of God, 563 Union St., followed by the funeral at 11.
