Derek Williams Sr. Obituary

Derek Richard Williams Sr. went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 22nd, 2020 at the age of 65 years old at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts.

He was the son of Jack Williams and Beverly Palmer born November 27th, 1954.  Derek attended school in his local town of Springfield Ma.  He was an Auto Mechanic by trade and worked for many years for Sam & Sons Garage in Springfield Ma.  Derek loved to travel and lived in places such as, Baltimore Maryland, Florida, Alabama, and his hometown Springfield Mass.  He was a member of the United House of Prayer For all People, a place he was brought up and raised in as a child and continued to attend till his last breath.  He leaves behind his mother Beverly Palmer and his siblings Fabian Williams, Grant Williams, Debbie Williams, Rolanda Williams and Felicia Williams.  He leaves behind eight children Diomanni Williams, Derek Richard Williams Jr., Jeanne Williams, Derek Shawn Williams, Abdul Williams, Felicia Powell, Teressa Williams and Ian Askew. He also leaves a host of grandchildren, Three great grandkids and his fiancé Tracy and her sons.
