Esaw White

Esaw White departed this life on Wednesday October 31,2018. One of 21 children born in Allendale, South Carolina, but moved to Springfield, Massachusetts over 50 years ago, which became is home. He was a forklift driver for HB Smith for over 30 years but was well known for fixing cars. He was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church, where he sang in the choir (wearing his white boots). He was a devoted husband, father & friend. Esaw was preceded in death by his father Cleveland Williams, his mother Amanda White, Grandson Mario Hornsby Jr. & siblings Emma White, Lee Lee Cohen, Mattie Folder, Elizabeth Ritter, Willie White, John Williams, Joseph Williams, Andrew Cohen. Esaw leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Jeanette Haines. His 3 children Esaw ”Jerome” White, Sean White & Amanda White. Four step children Alethea Stevenson, Althea Haines, Robert Haines & Mario Hornsby. His siblings twin brother Jacob White, Nancy Jefferson, Jasper White, Cleveland Williams Jr., Helen Holmes, Elouise Dickinson, Mattie Dotson, Coreen Lauren, Roberta Jacobs, Pauline Hampton & Geraldine Cohen. 27 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren. A host of family & friends, including his best friend/brother Sevaul Frazier Sr.
