Faith S. Richardson

  Faith Suzanne (Polk) Richardson, age 70, of Reidsville, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Moses Cone Hospital in Reidsville..

  Faith was born in Springfield, Massachusetts on December 5, 1954, to the late Odell Roberts and Dorothea (Wimbish) Polk.

  She was a member of Zion Baptist Church, in Reidsville, NC, and a sister of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

  In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by her husband, Todd Richardson II, and five brothers, Lawrence Polk, Adlee Polk, Eddie Lee Polk, Robert Polk, and Franklin Polk.  Her survivors include four children, Mychal Richardson, Todd Richardson III, Jacqulyn Richardson (and Ricky Butchee), and Michelle Perkins (and Nathaniel Perkins); a sister, Marie Walker (and Victor);  four brothers, Alfred Polk (and Sandra), Tony Polk (and Kathy), Raymond Jerome (and Kim), and Odell Roberts;  a sister-in-law, Shelly Polk;  11 grandchildren;  and a host of other relatives and friends.

The calling hour is 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Zion Community Baptist Church, 1140 Roosevelt Avenue, Springfield, MA, followed by funeral services at 11, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
