James D Christian

James Donald Christian, 71, of Fredericksburg, VA, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018, at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, surrounded by family. James was born in New York City on August 24, 1946, a son of George Edward Christian and Irene (Coleman) Christian. James retired from the United Parcel Service, where he was employed for more than 20 years in the San Francisco Bay area of California. Prior to living in California, James was a Springfield resident. His survivors include his wife, Cynthia Adams Christian; three children, James and David (Irma) Christian, and Vanessa Brunson; a stepson, Erick Adams; a brother, George Christian; a sister, Yvonne Perry; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many much-loved relatives and friends. Visitation will be Friday 10:30-11 a.m.
