Johnnie Neal Jr.

  Johnnie D. Neal Jr., 62, of Westfield, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully, on June 21, 2022, at Baystate Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. 

  Johnnie was born to the late Johnnie D. Neal Sr. and the late Ruby L. (Farlow) Neal. Johnnie graduated from Trade High School in Springfield and was employed by Gregory Manufacturing in Holyoke, Massachusetts, for many years. 

  Johnnie is survived by his sisters, Brenda (and Carlton) Brodie, Susan Brown, Gladys Raymond, and Patricia Johnson;  his children, LaVondra Armstead (and Quinn) of Dunmore, Pennsylvania, LaRhonda Neal-Goodwin (and Renee) of Archbald, Pennsylvania, Johnnie D. Neal III of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Shawn Anthony Neal Seamans, Alexander XD Seamans, and Keishnalee Neal;  his loving partner of many years, Devyka Fontanez;  six grandchildren;  and several nieces and nephews, and friends. Johnnie was pre-deceased by a sister, Pamela Kelly.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Harrell Funeral Home.
