K’Vonna Sh’Leayah Brown

In loving memory of K’Vonna Sh’Leayah “KK” Brown, 30 years old, of Ludlow, MA.

  It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved K’Vonna, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.  She was born in Springfield, MA, to Sh’Kena Howard and Kevin Brown.

  K’Vonna was deeply loved by her family and friends.  She had a kind heart, a warm smile, and a unique way of connecting with people that left a lasting impression on those who knew her.  She brought laughter, love, and unforgettable memories to our lives.

  K’Vonna was educated in Springfield, MA and Philadelphia, PA Public Schools and was a graduate of Dobbins High School (Philadelphia).  She also attended The Community College of Philadelphia.

  Those who loved K’Vonna knew her generous spirit, her sensitivity, her weakness for anything cute, and her desire to find her place in the world.  We remember her fierce convictions, her longing to be seen and heard, her love of books, and the many moments of joy we shared together.

  K’Vonna leaves to cherish her memory, her loving parents, Sh’Kena Howard and Kevin Brown;  her children, Ka’yonn Lemmon, Za’Yonn Brown-Howard, and Ka’Lilah Brown;  three brothers, Colby Perkins, Mark Nero, and Cory Brown;  a sister, Sh’Launia Howard;  her grandparents, Betty Kelly, Linda Brown-King (Donald), and Tyrone Howard;  four auntie’s, Nia Brown, Ta’Chelle Carter, Tonisha Smith, and Ye’Laun Dyer;  and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Her love and legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.  Gone too soon, forever young.

Her funeral service will be held  at Harrell Funeral Home.
