Kambiz Jafar-Siahkouhi

Kambiz Jafar-Siahkouhi passionately known by everyone as Uncle, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2022 at Baystate Medical Center. He was born on October 8, 1961 in Tehran, Iran to Mohamad Ali and Akhtar Khanoom.He was educated in Tehran and the United States. He was self-employed in Transportation. Kambiz moved to the United States in 1994 to be closer to his family. He is survived by his three sisters Giti, Goli and her husband Mehran, Keyvane, her husband Mehdi, his brothers Keyhan, who predeceased him in 2019 his wife Mina, Kamran who predeceased him in 2021, his nephews Arash and his wife Elmirah, Shahkar and his daughters Jasmine, Gianna, Jacqueline, his four nieces Keymia her husband Sohail, Marjan, her husband Ahmed, children, Jairan, her husband Damon; children, Helen her son Ali. His step Children, Sarah her children, Savannah, her Husband her children, and Samantha 
her children.

  Our beloved Uncle, you made such an impact in so many lives. You made life joyful. The people who knew you and loved you have a hole in their hearts. We will all make sure to live life the way you did with love, laughter, and ease.

All services will be held graveside on Thursday June 23, 2022 at Hillcrest Park Cemetery
located at 895 Parker St Springfield, MA 01129 at 11:00 AM followed by Celebration of life at
714 Converse Street Longmeadow, MA 01106 (Georgetown Condominium Clubhouse)
