Kenneth Wayne Steptoe Sr., 63, of Springfield, MA, departed this life on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at Holyoke Medical Center.
Born in Independence, Louisiana, he was a son of Charity (Payne) Steptoe and Alton L. Steptoe. Kenneth resided in Springfield most of his life and was a United States Marine Corps veteran.
Pre-deceased by his father and a son, Kenneth Steptoe Jr., he is survived by his mother; a sister, Muriel A. Steptoe; one grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were private.
