Louis Coleman

Louis ”Buddy” Coleman, 87, peacefully passed away on April 30, 2021. Funeral services are at noon on Wednesday, at New Life Calvary Baptist Church on Wilbraham Road. The calling hour is 11-12 Wednesday. Interment is private. Buddy was born in Cobb, GA, to the late Joseph Coleman Sr. and Nellie (Walker) Coleman Moss, and had a loving step-father, Edward Moss Sr. He was a Deacon at New Life Calvary Baptist Church. Pre-deceased by a son, Karl Coleman, and two siblings, Mamie King and Joseph Coleman Jr., Deacon Coleman is survived by his wife, Octavia Coleman; two children, Kenneth Coleman and Katharine Clark; four siblings, Regenia Clayton, Eddie Moss, Louise Patton, and Johnnie Moss; three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to bless the ministries of New Life Calvary Baptist Church.
