It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Miss Mahogany Amari Diamond Essence Brewster, 24, of Springfield, Massachusetts on January 21, 2024.
Born in Springfield, she is a beloved daughter of Lamar Sharif Burke and Terreana Brewster. She graduated from the High School of Science and Technology and employed by the Department of Mental Health as a Direct Care worker for three years. In addition to her parents, both of Springfield, she is survived by three brothers, De’Shye Rayshawn Nah’zee Brewster, Dah’mir Raekwon Burke, and Semaj-Nassyr James Michael Brewster, all of Springfield; a sister, Ti’ana Christine Burke of Springfield; her grandparents, Christine Burke, and Gloria Jean Brewster, both of Springfield and Swindell Pemberton of Plainville, Massachusetts; four aunts, Monica Burke, Angela Burke, Bobbi Jean Scott, and Melanie Martin; and two uncles, Terry lee Brewster and Michael Kyles.
She is pre-deceased by a grandfather, Harry James Lee, and an uncle, Yamar Prescott. The calling hour is 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at Harrell Funeral Home, followed by funeral services at 11 a.m.
