Obituary

  Mercedes Nicole Brown, 28, of Main St., Indian Orchard, unexpectedly departed her earthly home on Wednesday, May 3, 2023.  Born on June 20, 1995 she was the daughter of Tara Elizabeth (Trent) Brown and Thomas Martin Brown. As a life long  Springfied resident, Mercedes graduated from Zanetti Montessori and The Renaissance schools and furthered her education and love of "four legged fur babies" obtaining an Associate's Degree from Holyoke Community College with a concentration in veterinary science.  

  Mercedes will forever be mourned by her mother Tara, her father Thomas, her daughter Gizelle Jordyn Brown Dillard, two sisters Olivia Ann Brown and Danielle Lynn Brown, her boyfriend Geordan Dillard, all of Springfield, her grandmothers Ernestine Brown of Pennsylvania and Dorothy Trent of Waterbury,  as well as "Charlie," her lizard, "Gypsy" and "Jack" her beloved cats and her dog, "Delilah", as well as a host of other relatives and numerous friends.

The public may greet the family and say goodbye to Mercedes on Friday 10-11 a.m. or stay for the funeral service at 11.
