Patricia E. Johnson

  Patricia Ellen Johnson, 67, of Springfield, Massachusetts, departed this life on March 7, 2025, at her home. 

  Born in Springfield, she was a daughter of Ruby Lee Neal (Farlow) and Johnnie Neal.  Patricia attended local schools and graduated from The High School of Commerce and Westfield State University.  She had been employed as a Case Coordinator for the Center for Human Development, and also worked for Westover Job Corps.  She was previously active in the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary Post #6189. 

  Pre-deceased by her parents, her husband, Darryl Johnson, a brother, Johnnie Neal Jr., and a sister, Pamella Kelly, Patricia is survived by three children, LaToya L. Redd, LaShonda L. Gada, and Alex Jordan;  three sisters, Brenda Brodie, Gladys Raymond, and Susan Brown-Neal;  seven grandchildren, Heaven, Kinyah, Grayson, Ari’Elle, Versaiah, Leo, and Kyara;  and a host of other relatives and friends.

  A memorial service will be held at Harrell Funeral Home from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
