Prevoy A. Logan

  Prevoy Anthony Logan, 56, of Rochelle Street, Springfield, Massachusetts, departed this life on Monday, August 1, 2022, at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield. 

 Born in Springfield, he was a son of Henry Lee Logan and Beatrice (Bradner) Logan.  Prevoy was a lifelong resident of Springfield and attended city schools.  He had been employed as a machine operator at Spalding and enjoyed watching football and basketball.  Mr. Logan is survived by his mother, Beatrice Logan of Springfield;  two brothers, Bernard Henry Logan of Springfield and Timothy Malone Logan of Georgia;  five sisters, Sandra Whitfield of Connecticut, Cornetha Logan, Suran Berry, and Bernella Logan, all of Massachusetts, and Yuneker Scott of Texas;  and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives. 

The calling hour is 11 a.m. to noon, Thursday at Christian Faith Baptist Church, 54 Bowdoin Street, Springfield, followed by funeral services at noon, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
