Quentin Foster

Quentin Foster, 45, departed this life on September 7, 2021. A son of Carolyn (Walker) Scruggs and the late Steven Foster Sr., he was employed as a Correctional Officer for the State of Connecticut.

The calling hours are 10 a.m.-noon Friday, at Deliverance Center Ministries, 336 Springfield St., Springfield, followed by funeral services at noon, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
