Robert Dennard Jr.

Robert Dennard Jr. 67, of Springfield, MA. departed this life unexpectedly on Saturday May 2, 2020. Affectionately known as "BOB", he was the 3rd child of four children born to Bessie Johnson Dennard and Robert Dennard Sr. He attended School at Putnam Vocational Tech where he had hands on training with Carpentry and Auto Mechanics. Robert was an extremely hard worker and was always known for his generosity whenever he could give a helping hand. For many years he did what he loved best. Traveling to many different locations across the country and bringing great joy to many passengers as a Charter Coach Bus driver for Greyhound, Peter Pan, and many other companies. 

Besides his love for his work Robert loved to make everyone around him laugh. He was very comical and known as a jokester. He was known for playing tricks on people and scaring people with his eyelid tricks.  He was not just the person telling the jokes, but he would also laugh at himself when it came down to everyone calling him Bigfoot especially when playing his favorite sport basketball. Robert also loved to cook but he loved it even more when his sister cooked his favorite Mac and Cheese, homemade Cornbread, Stuffing, Chicken and Sweet Potato Pie. Robert was a loving Son, Brother, Uncle, and Friend. He adored his 3 nieces and his 4 great-nieces and nephew. Robert was also very appreciative for special friends, neighbors, and care takers who helped him through ups and downs. He was especially grateful for his study of the Bible and his Bible teacher as it led him to a happier life. In his studies he understood that soon no resident will say: I am sick. (Isaiah 33:24) and God will wipe away all tears and death will be no more (Rev. 21:3,4) 

Robert Dennard Jr. leaves to mourn his Sister Phyllis Sherman, Vernell McKenzie. His nieces Tawania, LaMeisha, and Tamaria. His great-nieces Krystal, TaNajia, and Taraeha and Great-nephew Tracen. Robert Dennard Jr. was predeceased by His Mother and Father Bessie and Robert Dennard Sr. His Sister Linda Dennard and Brother Dennis Dennard. A promise that Robert Dennard Jr. and every name just mentioned will soon Realize, the resurrection hope John 5:28,29.
