Sally Belle Williams of Springfield, Massachusetts, was born to the late Minnie C. Williams and Charles Williams, in Shellman, Georgia, and entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 28th, 2024, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.
Sally graduated from Classical High School, in Springfield. After working in the industrial setting, she became a homemaker to raise her children.
Pre-deceased by one brother, Norman J. Williams, she leaves six children, Shadrack Winstead III of Newark, New Jersey, Rachel Winstead-Andrews (and son-in-law Gary Andrews) of Charlotte, North Carolina, Dwaynes Winstead of Springfield, Rena Winstead-Benefield of Springfield, Glenn Cole of Amherst, Massachusetts, and Ronald Weaver II of Springfield; two sisters, Amanda Hall (and brother-in-law, Rev. Donnie Ray Hall) of Albany, Georgia, and Laurie Williams-Logan (and brother in-law, Theodore Logan) of Charleston, South Carolina; her caretaker and granddaughter, Shamira Davis; eighteen grandchildren; thirteen great children; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
The calling hour and memorial service begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Harrell Funeral Home.
