Obituary

  Sarah-Grace Jean Alice Burney-Nash, 43, of Springfield, Massachusetts, departed this life on Monday, April 17, 2023. 

  Born in Springfield, on April 10, 1980, Sarah-Grace graduated from Cathedral High School and Our Lady of the Elms College.  She was employed as a teacher at Boland Elementary School in Springfield.  Sarah-Grace was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, a member of the Furries Roller Derby Team, and enjoyed exercise and dance. 

  She is survived by her husband, Lamar Nash;  her parents, Ronald Burney and Carmen Barberina;  a son, Zathaniel-Jean Burney Nash;  three daughters, Grace-Lucille Burney-Nash, Rubyrose Burney-Nash, and Pearlelizabeth Burney-Nash;  a grandmother, Carmen Barberina;  and a host of other relatives and friends.
