Stephanie Owens

  Stephanie Edna-Kay Owens, 56, of Springfield, MA, departed this life on Friday, January 2, 2026, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. 

  Born in Brookhaven, Mississippi, she was a daughter of the late Mary Owens.  Stephanie lived in Springfield for almost forty years and was employed as a Private Care Assistant.

  Pre-deceased by four siblings, Venus Ervin, Raymond Owens, Ramona Owens, and Darrell Owens, she is survived by three children, Raymond Owens, Uolanda Owens, and Venus Owens;  two brothers, Joseph Owens and Aaron Owens;  five grandchildren, Kelona, Kaisen, Raymond Jr, Nylaisa, and Ayvadius;  and a host of other relatives and friends. 

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at Harrell Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at noon.
