Dear Dr. Amanda Westlake,

Our family would like to express our deepest gratitude to you for the exceptional care you provided to our father during his time as your patient at Baystate Mason Square.  When you first became his doctor, he was struggling with a number of symptoms that had been dismissed by previous physicians.  But you truly listened, you took the time to understand his concerns, and you worked tirelessly to help him get the care he needed.  Because of your dedication, compassion, and thoroughness, our father's life was extended.  You referred him to the right specialists and never gave up on finding the right solutions. Your patience, kindness, and love made all the difference to him—and us as a family.

We are forever grateful for the positive impact you had on his life, and we will always hold you in the highest regard.

With heartfelt thanks,

Tracey, Sarah, Lisa, Carol, and family
